Documents for admission
What do you need to prepare?
To admit your child to the children’s group, we will need two completed documents.
Confirmation from a paediatrician
Confirmation that the child has received all mandatory vaccinations, or that a statutory exemption applies.
Confirmation of a parent’s employment status
Evidence that at least one parent is employed or self-employed — a DPP or DPČ agreement, employment contract, or self-employment (OSVČ).
