ED-OS observation system

Development is a relationship, not a score.

A structured way to see change over time and connect the child’s experience with educators, environment, projects and the organisation.

01 / 36 indicators

A broad view without reducing the child to a number.

Indicators organise attention across areas such as communication, movement, independence, curiosity, emotional regulation and relationships. They help educators notice patterns and prepare better questions.

The result for parents is a concrete, understandable picture of development and a stronger basis for shared decisions.

02 / Responsible technology

AI supports organisation, never judgement.

Technology may help sort observations and highlight recurring patterns. Final interpretation remains with people who know the child and the context. ED-OS is not a diagnostic tool and does not automate decisions about children.

01 / 06

Six connected areas

01

Communication

Expressing needs, listening and developing a shared language.

02

Movement

Building confidence, coordination and readiness for new physical challenges.

03

Independence

Choosing, acting, asking for suitable help and completing an intention.

04

Curiosity

Noticing connections, asking questions and seeking solutions.

05

Emotions

Recognising feelings, accepting support and gradually regulating oneself.

06

Relationships

Making contact, cooperating, protecting boundaries and responding to others.

02

We do not observe only the child.

ED-OS connects the child’s experience with educators, the environment, projects and the whole organisation. For parents it provides a concrete picture for shared discussion—not a label or ranking.

The best way to understand the environment is to experience it.

On your first visit, we will show you the spaces, explain the daily rhythm and discuss what your child needs right now.
