How can the whole environment help a child grow?
The concept connects philosophy, developmental spaces, the annual programme, educator practice, adaptation and observation. Each part should reinforce the others in everyday life.
The aim is not to produce a standardised child. It is to create dependable conditions for curiosity, independence, relationships and the child’s own character.
