01 / How we think
We do not organise the child.
We organise the environment.
Children develop not only during guided activities, but also while saying goodbye, playing freely, eating together, resolving conflict and tidying up. The entire day is one continuous educational environment.

Three conditions from which everything else can grow.
These are not separate lessons. They are experiences children encounter again and again in ordinary situations.
Independence
An adult does not do for a child what the child can already do. Help is measured so that the next step still belongs to the child.
Curiosity
Free play, accessible materials and enough time allow children to ask their own questions and find their own solutions.
02 / Spaces
The space grows with the child.
Every age needs a different degree of support, choice and cooperation. Materials and possibilities change—not respect for the child's own pace.

First discoveries
Trust comes first. A familiar rhythm, accessible materials and a close adult give children the confidence to begin exploring.

We ask one question: what has changed for this particular child?
Educators observe ordinary life—play, communication, movement, independence and relationships. Small observations form a portfolio that helps us adapt the environment and talk with parents about real situations.
