Questions you can bring to us

You do not need to know the name of the service or specialist in advance. You can begin simply by describing what is happening in everyday family life.

01 / Family situations

A question can begin with an everyday experience.

01

A child is struggling at nursery or school

They cry, do not understand the routine, do not play with other children or are afraid to speak. Together we can clarify what may be ordinary adaptation and when further support may be appropriate.

02

Speech and bilingualism

A child speaks little, mixes languages or refuses to use one of them. We help gather observations and prepare questions for the appropriate specialist.

03

Talking with educators and institutions

A parent does not understand a message, does not know what to expect from a meeting or cannot explain their situation clearly. We help them prepare and understand the possible next step.

04

It is unclear where to turn

Support may exist, but the family may not know about it, understand the conditions or be able to find a suitable organisation. We help them orient themselves among available options.

05

The family is exhausted

Sometimes the first need is not another set of instructions, but a calm opportunity to examine the situation and identify one achievable step.

02 / Scope of consultation

Specialist decisions belong to specialists.

We do not diagnose or provide medical or legal opinions. If a question requires specialist knowledge, we help identify the right professional or institution to approach.
